Business support

Covid-19, Brexit, the cost of living crisis, energy costs, supply chain difficulties, the war in Ukraine and a shortage of labour have all presented Park Royal businesses with an unparalleled array of challenges and difficulties. So that we can help businesses recover and grow, The Forge@ParkRoyal will commission a new programme of support in 2022 aimed at SMEs and microbusinesses in Park Royal, so watch this space!

We provide a free, tailored recruitment service to Park Royal businesses and for businesses in Brent, Ealing and Hammersmith&Fulham.

Echo is a system that enables people and organisations to exchange their skills, knowledge and resources using time as currency rather than money. In the Echo system, everyone’s time and skills are valued equally: 1 Echo for 1 hour. Echo works by using an interactive website, as well as face to face events, workshops and programmes designed to help people to connect and share.

The system is powered by an online platform ( and a digital currency where everybody and everything is valued equally: 1 Echo for 1 hour. Established as a social enterprise in East London since 2014, Echo has been commissioned by OPDC to deliver an Echo network and programme of activity in and around Old Oak Common and Park Royal.

Echo brings together local people and local organisations – including residents, employees and small business owners – to create a community-wide economy of hours where the more you put in, the more you get back. Whether you want to learn something new, start a project, grow a business or give back to your community, Echo can help.
