Selfridges & Co Customer Service Course

Action West London are pleased to collaborate with Selfridges & Co to bring the Customer Service Course which will oversee the development of over 100 apprentice staff as a training manager for Selfridges.


The course is designed to give participants greater insight into customer services and improve preparation specifically for Selfridges' customer service-related roles.

Course Information:

  • 2 day online Customer Service Course for 16-24 NEET’s
  • Starting on the 20th of September 2022
  • Understanding the audience, teamwork skills, complaint handling & more
  • Health and safety in the retail environment

Customers are required to provide Right to Work documents and a recent Proof of address (within 3 months) this could include:

  • Passport
  • Birth Certificate – where it is provided an additional document with a National Insurance number is required.
  • Recent Bank Statement or Utility Bill dated within the last 3 months
  • Full Universal Credit statement if on UC showing no employer deductions
  • EU National with EU Passport would need to provide additional evidence of settled status in the UK
  • Resident Permit with Right to Work, plus Proof of Address as above
