We set up the Emerging Talent Programme (ETP) to increase ethnic diversity in the built environment sector. We believe people working in the sector should be representative of the communities they serve. The employers we work with all take diversity and inclusion seriously.
The first ETP group started last year, and they talk about the fantastic opportunities to learn and grow. They also like hanging out together!
